Modern hotel which was in a nice area, staff so helpful.
Couple of cleaning issues - bin not emptied from previous guests. A couple of things (remember this is Amsterdam) stuck behind the door 🙈

Staff service was excellent especially during our first night when we needed hot water and he was iso obliging to offer it to us. Thank you so much.
the coffee table in our room was stained with coffee and could have been cleaned before we checked in.

central clean and comfortable
Room a bit small but not surprised as it was good value and very central.

Breakfast was not hot on first day but improved. Reasonable choice but not particularly high quality. Fruit juice was sugary.
Nicer bread, hot food should be hot, better fruit salad.
Sewage smell in bathroom sometimes.
