Location is the only benefit

Location is the biggest advantage of this place - just on the entrance of the Vondelpark and just few min walk from all the museums. Available option to store luggage and elevator.

No breakfast option available, the beds are too soft and not comfortable (the room on the 3rd floor). Safe was not working. We asked for additional pillow to fit a hole between the bed and the wall but was not provided.

Returned guests, clean and great location, but run a bit run down and noisy

Friendly reception staff, great location, clean room, comfy beds

We asked to move rooms (101) as there was a constant banging all day and night. The friendly receptionist changed our room there and then but unfortunately had to call back as her boss had rejected the request, even though there were so many rooms available

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal

Nada realmente, sólo los cuartos se ven algo anticuados pero eso no afecta la experiencia.

Buena opción para un fin de semana

Esta situado en pleno barrio de los museos y con vistas a Vondelpark, pero algo alejado del centro, a unos 35 minutos caminando. Cama grande y almohada bastante cómodas, limpio. Personal amable. Calentador de agua con te y café en la habitación.

Se oye mucho cualquier movimiento en la planta superior debido a la madera. Algo alejado del centro. La ducha a veces aumentaba su temperatura sola durante unos segundos y te quemaba bastante.

Bel hôtel pour un séjour en amoureux

Très bel hôtel, personnel serviable et accueillant

Je ne suis pourtant pas frileuse mais la chambre était assez froide ! Elle a été rénovée et nous étions les premiers à l'utiliser, je suis sûre que ce n'est pas un problème récurrent

Warmherziger Empfang in wunderschöner Villa direkt am Vondelprk

Wir haben noch nie eine so freundliche, zuvorkommende und aufmerksame Empfangsdame in einem Hotel erlebt, wie hier. Allein sie ist schon eine Reise wert. Das Haus und die Lage ist ebenfalls toll. Direkt am Park, im Museumsviertel und gegenüber von einem Frühstückscafé. Die Zimmer sind klein aber für eine Städtereise völlig ausreichend. Kaffe und Tee gibt es auf den Zimmern.

Unser Zimmer im 3. Stock war sehr nah an der zentralisierten Klimaanlage/Lüftung. Leider konnte man sie nicht ausschalten und man hat sie die ganze Nacht gehört. Die Abflüsse im Bad waren etwas „langsam“.

Volveria pero se pude mejorar.

Llegamos antes de la hora del check-in y nos permitieron dejar las maletas en una habitación así como ir al baño. Las camas eran muy cómodas y la habitación muy espaciosa y bien decorada.

El hotel se encuentra en una buena zona, cerca de los museos, pero alejado media hora del centro. Al entrar a la habitación nos encontramos una botella de agua del anterior huésped entre las dos camas, nada grave porque el resto de la habitación estaba muy limpia. Por otra banda en una de las ventanas había un hueco entre el cristal y la madera por el qual entraba aire, frío, por la noche. De la misma manera el aire acondicionado estaba bastante bajito. Algo a mejorar serian los sitios donde dejar tu equipaje (armario, baldas…). Por último, el sistema de la luz es un poco extraño, cuesta encenderla y apagarla.

Konumu çok iyi

Konumu çok sakin ve nispeten merkezi bir yerdeydi. Çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü. Odanın ambiansı güzeldi.

Lavabonun giderinde bir sorun vardı, su sürekli birikiyordu ve giderin ordaki pislikler lavabonun yüzeyine çıkıyordu. Yatak 2 ayrı tek kişilikten oluştuğu için o açıdan konforsuzdu. Odada buzdolabı yoktu.

Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Repetiríamos

La ubicación es excelente, a dos calles del tranvía que te deja en la estación central, supermercados cerca y el parque Vondelpark justo detrás. La zona es super tranquila, residencial y con buen ambiente. Muy cerca de los museos y de los canales del centro de Ámsterdam. Habitación con calefacción, que en el mes de diciembre se agradece. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Si hay que decir algo, camas un poco blandas para nuestro gusto y almohadas un poco incómodas, pero cumplen su función.

Location of the hotel was fantastic. You can go the main heart of the city by walking. It has easy access to all kinds of transportation. We didn't take the breakfast. Unfortunately it was not clear that there is a breakfast option while booking.

Perfect location and a great value for money place.

The location and the neighbourhood. There is also a great cafeteria just in front of it. Also, near the accommodation is the largest park in Amsterdam. The neighbourhood is really quiet.

The pillows were really high and not appropriate for a bed.

Great overall

Great services from the reception desk. Special mention to Samuel who helped us in every way he could. Bed was a pleasure and location is unbeatable

What a Disappointment

Position

In my opinion The Atlas Hotel is nothing more than a hostel basically offering a bed and the most basic and cheap furniture available, which is a shame because it is in a lovely area

Great Location, But Room Lacked Comfort

Hotel Atlas Vondelpark had an amazing location right next to the park, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful surroundings on foot. The building itself was aesthetically pleasing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning was a significant drawback, especially during our stay when temperatures reached 31 degrees Celsius. Additionally, we were disappointed that late check-out was not available.

Friendly staff, good location and comfy room

The staff was very friendly. The location is very good, 2 min to Vondelpark and 5 min to Museumplein. The room was very clean and comfortable.

In the summer, air conditioning in the bedroom would be very nice 😅

Superb location ... close to the park, the airport bus, trams to the old town, and walking distance to Gogh and Rijks museums. Excellent restaurants in the neighborhood. The staff were super-friendly.

The facility was still in the process of renovation, it seemed. The water was too hot to take a shower at certain times, although the staff couldn't believe me. While their linen was of superb quality, the shampoo/body washing solution was of dubious quality.

Disappointing

Great environment, great place !

Hotel on restructuring operations. No breakfast room. Need to walk 6 minutes in another hotel for a coffee! No information was given at the reservation about these issue. And no rebate, of course! Moreover, bathroom was gross and chowder ridiculously designed.

Nice quiet location with an interesting neighbourhood not far from museums

Location was excellent for the museums. Small breakfast is provided but there are plenty of shops around for a coffee or to buy some pain au chocolat.

The room was tight but sufficient for 1 night.

A very good choice for a place to stay and chill near the park and just outside the center.

The property is located at the entrance of one of the best parks in the city. The building itself is very picturesque and unique. The staff was super helpful and cheerful. I would definitely visit again.

A bit noisier than I expected, I guess I simply had bad luck regarding neighbors.
