Convenient location and friendly staff.
My card didn’t work - but the staff fixed in. The room is very dark with limited light, there is no fridge in the room. Late night snacks are limited (I came back late from a day trip in Brugge because of a train delay and my only option was a bag of chips and a candy).

Location and interior design
No ice, rooms were dark to the point you had to open up the windows then your neighbors could see in

The staff was lovely and they allowed us to leave our luggage with them after check out.
Very noisy from a ventilation system. I was told by staff that it couldn’t be turned off. The room was cold even after raising the thermostat temperature to 23. Dusty and stains.
