Everything!! The staff team is OUTSTANDING . We reception team is great, super helpful and welcoming. We rented 2 bikes to also use around and it was awesome!
Location is great! Walking distance for the whole Center city! The hotel is specially close to Vondelpark, Van Gogh Museum and etc.
The room was quit and clean! Bathroom and shower perfect! It’s definitely on my list to stay when I come back to AMS.
Nothing! Some people would say the stairs, but to be honest if you don’t like stairs don’t come to Amsterdam in general.

Location. Quick responses to questions. Fresh towels and toilet paper every day.
Can’t fit in bathroom. There was a slipper and toothbrush that weren’t ours in the bathroom. There was a dirty handprint on the wall (if you know what I mean) by the bed, and the bathroom smelled of sewer gas.
