Our room was lovely and when the front desk manager was there, they were helpful but was rare. We had an elevator issue due to a sensor and didn’t come up to get us. We took stairs which was ok but not ideal. The location was awesome and the big windows in room. The lobby is a little worn down.

staff were wonderful, rooms well-appointed and affordable, free quality toothbrushes were a bonus; the only issue we had was that our room was the front room on the ground floor near the front door, so it was periodically a little loud (I'm sure if we'd have been on an upper floor that this wouldn't have been an issue). close to everything while not being too busy. recommended.

You could not ask for a better location, more charming rooms, or better hosts than at this wonderful, newly remodeled place.
Both the bedrooms and the bathroom were spacious, with a view of rooftops and windmills.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, with a quick walk to the very center of Brugge, and all it has to offer.
Breakfast was absolutely beyond imagining with a wide variety of choices, and fresh squeezed juice and desserts with every breakfast. The choices were better than at any five-star hotel, and in beautiful surroundings.
I would never stay anywhere else in this town than Mirabel!
