The staff are very friendly and helpful, whenever we was unsure of anything at the hotel or things we could do around Amsterdam they was very helpful and polite would definitely stay again

Hotel was great, clean, spacious room, helpful staff. Shower is tiny with no door or curtain, water was overflowing the rest of the bathroom floor, we had towels to dry it... A bit of a hassle.
