Great hotel in a great location

Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Please be aware bathroom is made of frosted glass in room, didn't offer a lot of privacy when showering.

Not clean, but good location.

The location was great, a short walk to all the sights and everything. I would say it was a fairly safe neighbourhood, didn't have any moments where I felt was unsafe. The staff was also really friendly and helpful.

The room was a lot bigger than expected, and it was fairly new and clean at first sight when entering the room. However, once you get into the room you will see that there are a few spots that are unclean. The bedding and pillow cases had some grey stains on it. There were hair on the floor. The toilet was clean though. We stayed for a few nights and had staff clean our room while we were gone. They helped us fold our blankets and everything, but they didn't vacuum the floor. So after a few days our floor was completely filled with hair (we were two girls staying in a room). The shower also had translucent glass which means you could see the person inside, the toilet too. There was a lack of privacy in the bathroom.

Brilliant hotel

Very beautiful room 10 minutes from anne franks house and the red light district the man at the desk was very friendly.

The aircon made me cough alot not sure if thats just me just thought i would mention

Dissapointing and uncomfortable

Location only

Room without window, dampness in the room, noise from other rooms, there is no voice isolation at all, poor coffee, no bottled water in the room, no slippers, no robes

would reccomded purely for the location you are walking distance to everything

it was in an amazing location couldn’t fault it , complimentary coffee machine in reception area can be used at any time, door in room had an alarm so you would be alerted if your door wasn’t closed properly so you felt safe. comfy bed. we got to check in early which was helpful as we had arrived a lot earlier than expected.

small room (however we were barely in it so didn’t really bother us) , sound proofing not good, we could hear people in next rooms having conversations and also house keeping with the hoover outside our door at 9am. I would say it is overpriced based on size of room however you are definitely paying for the location

The location is amazing! Right next to the bus stop from/to the airport and in the heart of Amsterdam! Totally recommend it!

Great hotel, great staff, great transport and great city.

No breakfast expected but free croissants and hot drinks in reception a bonus.

Everything great but a few hooks to hang coats at room entrance would be an improvement.

Clean, Comfortable, Friendly, Good location!

The best part of our stay was the friendly staff! Mustafo was so great! He and everyone else took great care of us when my luggage was lost. Beds are super comfy. Great location. Good shower.

The lights in the room take a minute to get used to. I wouldn’t say I didn’t like them, just wasn’t familiar.

not good value, room too compact. no toiletries…. pump for soap didn’t work

the sink is in different area of the room. no chair or anywhere to put luggage. too compact , wouldn’t recommend…

Superb

Good tourist hotel. Nice quiet area, but only 5- 10 min walk to Damn Square. Coffee maker in reception not the best, but im a coffee snob. Nice bakers and coffee shop near by for breakfast.staff were really nice and approachable. Was betrer than i expected for the price.

Clean

Not enough hanging spaces/shelves and storage. There was lots of wall space that could have accommodated extra shelves/hooks, etc. Hotels should not allow rooms to be booked for 3 people if they do not have adequate facilities to make it a comfortable stay. Pillows were too high. Glass bathrooms were very uncomfortable and awkward to use and water temperature and pressure fluctuated mid shower. Table was too small. Tea/coffee/milk not replenished adequately. Not value for money.

crammed rooms, lovely stuff, amazing location, overpriced

The lounge area was lovely and so where the staff. The room was quite small and we barely had any area to leave our clothes. The pictures found on this website, make them look really big and spacious, but they are totally not. The shower had lovely hot water instantly and I love the coffee and tea station. The beds are very comfy but they are separated and you have to pay more if you want a full double bed. However, the money that we wasted on this hotel We saved on transport as the location is amazing..

The rooms were crammed and we have no space for I luggage. I paid for decorations with a specific photo in mind and they decorated it as if it was for a toddler. I didn’t complain. However, for the money I spent I did think the room should have been decorated the way I wanted.

great location for getting around, tram stop at the end of the road. staff friendly and helpful. room was great, the toilet and shower has glass walls which didn’t bother us being a couple but maybe not great when travelling with friends as not much privacy
