In a good location, enough for the one night we stayed

I like the location
I was on 4th floor and lift only stopped on 3rd. Stairs to go up so small and not easy to walk on

Location was ok.
Room size was expected in the city.
White bed sheets dirty, asked cleaner to change.
Only to return later in the evening with the bed made new with the same dirty pillow cases etc.
No on site staff after 5pm out of hours contact number.
