Staff was great. Made it worth while. Very very quiet area which was great.
Location was fine and easy to get around. Still walking distance from everything if you are in decent shape yet close to certain places, just not close to train station and that some may want.
Coffee when you wanted was cool.
Thank goodness elevator worked. If it ever breaks down and you are not on first floor, forget it. I tried walking the stairs one time. Steep and small are not even good words for that. lol
No way I’d walk them without elevator.
Thank goodness the room was provided with a fan. Nice touch as it will get warm and I would not stay there in heated months when it is above 75 degrees.
Carpet is old and needs replacing soon in my opinion. Place was very clean but the carpet made it feel it was not perfect although the room and bathroom was clean.
I’d stay again but would love to see carpet replaced.

The location is very central, but not on a busy and loud street, it's as if you turn a little corner and there's a place of peace to relax.
The staff were lovely and welcoming, very helpful with answers and suggestions for places to see, and the breakfast every morning was just right.
They even have a small enclosed outdoor garden to enjoy your morning coffee, but I believe that area is owned by a cat and we're just allowed to use it's space sometimes.
All in, fantastic hotel to stay at.
There were some issues with plug sockets and some lights in the room which I never mentioned to staff however I'm sure they would've fixed the issue, but there was an extension cord that I used for my essentials which negated any issues.

The location in town was great, but my favorite was the front desk staff....... the lady the night we arrived was very nice and informative
The tub was a little slippery and I would have liked a mat to put on the floor to step on when I got out of the shower.
