Great location and super friendly staff . Even though the hotel was full so I could only get a small single room it was still very comfortable.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade and our room was huge - very comfortable with great air conditioning. Also really liked the laundry service for €10 per bag and the hotel is in a great location for the price.

I wish that breakfast could be offered before 7:30. I had to catch a taxi to the airport at 7:30 so couldn't eat.
The coffee maker in the room didn't work well.
The design of the shower, with the glass not extending the full length of the shower stall, means that water gets all over the floor. I know this is a common design in Europe but its messy.
Otherwise a good hotel, attractive and quiet, in a great location.

Very nice staff
Good breakfast. Very nice breakfast person.

No AC. Room stuffy.
Window impossible to open
Very narrow stairs, both inside and the outside stoop
Minimal furniture in room, and cheaply made. Got a splinter from the nightstand.
Always had to go downstairs to the front desk , and ring the receptionist for them to come up and answer questions.
Not convenient. No phone from room to reception.
