Location was great, even though I was on a very small single room, the view was beautiful, the room was very clean,and even though I did not use them the bathroom had all types of toiletries and the bed itself was very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate and the common room very nice. Stairs up and down where leathal, but completely doable if you’re not in a hurry 😄
There was no small fridge which wd have been handy.

Location was good. We needed something affordable near the Marriott as other family were staying there. It is also close to the musuems as well as many different themed restaurants. Amsterdam has a very decent selection.
I didn't like that the room refridgerator would not cool down. This is critical for me as I have medicines that require cold temperatures and they could not resolve the issue during our stay. My only option was to store my medications inside the beverage fridge in the lobby. This was annoying because having to get dressed and go down to the lobby at odd hours for medication was not only annoying, but to administer my medication in lobby was a little strange. It shouldn't be a stretch to expect that the equipment in the room is functional when I booked the room partially because it claimed to have a fridge in the room.
There was one other quirk with our room which is that the shower mysteriously turned itself on for about 30 minutes one evening. The valve was closed and nobody was in there. It simply started a full shower, then stopped all on its own about 30 minutes later. We reported all of this to the hotel staff.

It was easy to travel about from there. Staff very friendly. Bed was comfortable but my friend had stained sheet.
Facilities were poor as in tv and phone in room didn’t work. Did not like the breakfast.
