Great location
It was a bit noisy but ok . We knew that when we booked . They provide earplugs but it wasn’t too bad

Staircase to get to room but that is the standard in Amsterdam.

Good location to restaurants and bars.
I had booked balcony room but was given one without on the 4th floor and told they changed us because there was only two of us, we realised our room hadn't been cleaned properly. The bathroom bin was full when we arrived and there was a bug squashed to the wall and smeared over it, the room was squared up and restocked but not the bug. We have stayed here before and it's changed for the worse, we had returned here to stay while we scattered my grandmother ashes.
They took the ground floor toliets and kitchen away to squeeze in more rooms, so no breakfast.
