The room was clean and located in a great area. The rooms where the typical small space but if you plan to be out and about it works out great. Easy to get everywhere and quiet at night. Air conditioner worked great too.

the location is simply perfect and the staff too.
the hotel is right next to the museum, surrounded by great shops, and you can easily walk to some of the nicest areas of amsterdam. the staff is also lovely and always very helpful.
but i have to agree with many other reviews: the rooms are tiny, much smaller than they look in the photos. definitely keep this in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. even two people with two carry-ons would already feel quite tight, and there isn’t much space to hang or store clothes.
the bathroom, on the other hand, is surprisingly spacious, with a great shower and plenty of hot water. the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and i had no issues with cleanliness.
i would definitely stay here again. i’d rather travel with less luggage and stay somewhere this good and well located than compromise on location for a bigger room.
