I had to leave early in some days and had to miss my breakfast, i suggest that you give your guest something for breakfast already packaged for those that will be leaving early before 6.30..
I am a fish lover, and your hotel had just the same type of fish that i did not enjoy, maybe change your fish menus

Location is great for local bars and restaurants, not to mention a paddle complex behind it. Views of Table
Mountain were amazing as were the vibes at breakfast and even Friday night with DJ and live music.
However the key was the staff that work in the hotel. I can’t name them all but just wanted to say thanks for making our trip to Cape Town amazing and for your energy and vibes. I travelled with my 8yr old for the rugby and whilst it was predominantly adults only within the hotel, being a rugger weekend, the team were brilliant with Noah and we loved our stay

The facility was great, very friendly staff and I also loved how easily accessible the area was. Breakfast was also very delicious.
I was on the 3rd floor and I think there's a gym above, I could hear the "weights" as they are being dropped by users. It was noisy and very uncomfortable.

Reception staff is excellent, they invested in training . Very friendly and helpful staff it is. Very welcoming and forever happy
Restaurant staff is very friendly and breakfast has reasonable options. I will definitely have a date with the front office and restaurant staff 😍
Then the complimentary cookies and water daily by the exit door just amazing and good quality
The cleaning staff hmnnn you feel like you are meeting ghosts in the corridors 5th floor and had 8 horrible nights with this team. Arrogant people, a bunch of clowns who don’t know the game of hospitality is to smile throughout. They are angry at just seeing clients, won’t greet you at all , will pass u in the corridors 5th floor and perhaps push you out of the way with their trolleys. Greeted one of them one day and response was almost on zero volume, had to ask her why she was not happy. . . I give up ! The hotel has to seriously do something or lose its clients because of these housekeepers. On their own they will talking on top of their voices perhaps complaining about guests😂😂😂 would dread to come out of my room , say a little prayer to not meet the “ghosts”
