Lovely clean and comfortable hotel with an amazing breakfast.

Reasonable walk into the main city and lots of transport points.
Like a little oasis.
Very comfortable bed.
If you prefer being out of the main tourist area and a bit of walking (15 to 20 mins walk to the big square and beer museum), this is very good value.
This is not the fault of the hotel.
The walk from the bus station, if you follow Google Maps, takes you through some rough areas with lots of trash, etc... so you worry a bit about what you've booked, lol.
Once there, it's absolutely lovely.

It’s a nice hotel with very nice staff. The bar is open 24/7, which is nice. It’s close to the Midi station and the city center.
I don’t know why the location is so glossed over in other reviews. We were borderline afraid to go back to the hotel in the evening. Hooded youths blocking the streets, trash everywhere, loud hip hop music. This could be a 5 star hotel and I would not give it more than 5/10 because of that.
