Decent location. Close enough to the station and walkable to town.
Excellent value for the room (but see below re: breakfast).
Comfortable beds. Decent facilities. Some nice minor touches. Felt boutique despite the affordable rates.
Bit of a let down with the breakfast. We read that it was good so we decided to pay extra (€72 euros for 2 adults and 2 kids!!). It was fine at best. Not worthy the cost… and I got a flat ‘no’ on replacing items that had run out. We were there later in the breakfast period, but not after it had ended so this felt a bit harsh given the cost. If you have breakfast included in the price, then I expect it will feel decent.

The hotel was very clean and just how it is in the pictures. Very nicely done and very clean. The staff Basim at reception was very helpful during our stay. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was nice, pretty, clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful via email when i had left something in the room after checking out. The airconditioning, bed, and water pressure were all good. Great location, close to the shopping area and the train station.
Just like i have read in other reviews, the walls at this hotel are very thin, which makes that you can hear every sound, especially at night. Because of the location being close by the train station, there can be some sketchy people around.

The use of the outdoor area and the cleanliness of the rooms. The ice machines in each hall way during the heat wave. The younger members of staff were helpful and polite.
One coffee pod per person for the entire stay. The location felt a little unsafe especially in the mornings. The older staff were extremely rude and unwelcoming even when they had made a mix up with rooms.
