Personal sehr freundlich ob an der Rezeption
beim Frühstück oder im Wellnessbereich.
Es gab nur bis 21 Uhr in der Hotelhalle etwas zu trinken.

Really enjoyed my stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Wolfsburg. What stood out the most was the service the staff were genuinely warm, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. You could really feel that they cared about the guest experience, and that made a big difference.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the room was very comfortable, and the whole atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The location next to Autostadt is also a great plus.
Overall, a great experience. The service is definitely what I’ll remember most, and I’d be happy to come back again.

Ik heb me vooral verbaasd over de bediening, bezetting. Zowel s'avonds in de bar als overdag in de lounge kon ik nauwelijks iets bestellen. Personeel te druk of niet zichtbaar. Als je dan met een relatie daar zit is dit geen reclame voor mijn keuze en bedrijf. Ik had dit anders verwacht voor de prijs die je betaald. De kamers en receptie personeel waren prima. Zoals je ook mag verwachten voor een tarief van 480,- per nacht.
