Że zameldowanie jest wskazane do 00:00 a faktycznie po 23:00 niema szans się dostać do pokoju i żaden sms ci nie przyjdzie z instrukcją jak masz się dostać w swój oplacony pokój.

Gostamos da localização, tem estacionamento privativo, o quarto tinha um tamanho muito bom, estava limpo e o processo de checkin, mesmo após as 19h, foi muito simples. Recebemos a mensagem com o código da porta de entrada noturna e chegamos ao nosso quarto
Houve informações trocadas sobre o estacionamento mas no fim deu tudo certo. Um falou que eu precisaria do meu cartão do quarto para sair do estacionamento e a outra pessoa me cobrou 2€ para o estacionamento. Acho que o hotel precisa de políticas mais claras sobre o estacionamento. A localização também não fica correta no Google maps. O melhor é colocar o REWE supermercado e você chegará na frente do hotel. Para entrar no estacionamento é só se aproximar da cancela e ela levanta automaticamente

A pretty fresh and clean room that serves all the needs you might have in your travels. Located conveniently in the city center, but within reach of major roads. The linen was fresh, the TV big and modern, the lighting cozy - what more can you want?
Even though the hotel offered check-ins up until 00:00, after I booked a same-night stay at around 21:20 and made it known that I will be arriving after 23:00 (which was confirmed by the hotel), I had no way of checking in. The barrier was locked, the doors shut, no one at the reception and the main phone number given was the hotel info line, which required a reservation number which I didn't have (since I did not book through their network). The other phone number was dead and the third one was the only one that worked (though it was only available until 23:00 - thankfully someone picked up). My key was not ready and I was instructed to fetch an unassigned key from behind the counter. I still could not get into the parking lot with the keycard, but at least I got into the hotel room.
