It a pleasant stay, the room was clean and spacious, all was seamlessly contactless experience from check in to check out. Close to central locations and main city hub.

The app worked as it should, the room was stylish and had everything we needed - bed was huge and comfortable. Bathroom was big and facilities were great. Loved the common space, we used it to eat our packed lunch, the toilets were very clean.
The walls were very thin so we could hear people in the next room at nighttime. Loud door slams etc. we had kids with us so it made me restless and my child woke up in the night both nights we were there. The app system worked well but took away the homeliness so the whole stay felt a bit cold as it was rare we saw staff. Could hear what sounded like the neighbours fridge humming near my headboard all night which was annoying. The luggage locker wouldnt open for us when we went back to collect our case late on the following day, thankfully we did see a staff member who had a key but felt we were lucky there.
