Quite nice, but pricy but ok if you go with a group

Place was very clean and central. Has cheap secure parking near the hotel

They asked for a $100 deposit on top of the paid room and haven’t returned it even after 5 days

숙소 에어컨 컨트롤러 작동 불량으로 호텔측에 조치를 요구했으나 리셋이나 다시 해보라 함. 다른 방이 있는지 체크해 달라 했고 연락 준다 하였으나 체크아웃까지 연락 못 받음. 메리어트 이름에 맞지 않는 낮은 청결도에 냄새도 좋지 않았음.

Beautiful hotel well located

Well located, beautiful room

Other guests in the pool took over the whole space and stopped relaxation. The hotel needs to implement no running and jumping policies and maintain oversight of the pool due to its small size

Loved it. Definitely stay again.

Pool and gym were good, location fantastic with view of story bridge, staff and service were really good and buffet breakfast was great as was food service to room.

Good location in Brisbane, with large comfortable room

No mini bar, hard to know beforehand how to get to parking which is expensive. Overall very expensive.

Service and customer service are very nice and friendly.

breakfast is very disappointing. Omelet was very dry, hard and bad. Hash brown is less cooked, not soft enough and not salty enough. miso soup and kanji are not even warm.

Pleasant but overpriced for what was provided.

Valet was good and prompt. Gym was adequate. Location was handy. Overpriced for what it is.

Shower temperature was fluctuating. Buffet breakfast didn't include coffee. It was hidden and they tried to upsell cafe coffee for extra.

The stay was not worth the money.

Disorganisation regarding the systems being down. People book a hotel to use and get ready for evenings and relax. We were told to sit in the bar/restaurant and will receive a call when ready. Did not receive call. I rang the hotel for an update. Quite a stressful evening when needing to be somewhere. The hotel smelt like cigarettes in the hallway and the lifts stink. Overall would not stay here again. Due to system issues rooms/keys were not available until midnight.

Could not get into our room untill late afternoon well after 2pm check out. Had to get ready in the communal toilets that were overflowing.

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay.

staff were v professional, friendly and fully committed to customer care. Situated in a good position, close to river walks. An elegant hotel. Nice view of the Story Bridge from our window.

Mattress was lumpy and pillows uncomfortable. Probably all due for replacement soon.

The staff were excellent

The badly scuffed cabinet in the room, no fresh milk in the room, no extra blanket, no mini bar (booking.com states there's a mini bar in the room), the bed was hard and the quilt cover is 2 plain white sheets. Lastly I had to pay for coffee at breakfast when I had already paid $29 for a buffet breakfast. I'm not impressed.
