Centrally located, allowed access to the Queens Street Mall directly. The concierge for car parking was great. They had my car waiting for me on discharge which was super convenient.
The bed was probably not as comfortable as I would have liked. The curtain had one of the link unhooked so was hanging freely. Didn't look well kept in that regard.

Great location. Breakfast fabulous. Most staff great. Room decor and facilities tired and well worn but in fairness there was a notification of intention to redesign and decorate the rooms.
One particular member of dining room staff clearly had something in her life going wrong and didn’t appear happy to be there. The rest of the staff were lovely.
