The location is fantastic - right near Queen Street Mall, close to the casino, and lots of restaurants and cafes. It was good to have a kitchen though it would have been nice to have basics like oil, salt and pepper. I did appreciate having coffee pods and milk. The apartment is quite big and I appreciated having the balcony (though it took me a minute to realise you have to open the windows). The staff were helpful and friendly and always greeted you with a smile when returning. I just think it was quite expensive for what you got.
The bathroom is quite dated, the furniture is very cheap and generic, the pillows were quite hard. The bedroom was very tiny - I had to stand on the bed to use the full-length mirror - which just seemed a bit strange when the living area was quite roomy. The wi-fi was not very good and the TVs weren't smart TVs which seems a bit silly in 2026. The smell they were pumping into the lobby was overwhelming.

Location. Nice beds. Provides toiletries
Bit tired inside the 2 bed apartment..needs rechecking after cleaning as empty plastic bottle under bedside table . Should not use extension leads as source of power. Not able to plug bedside lamp anywhere on one side

The pillows were the only thing that was comfortable
I didn’t like that You had to wait half an hour for an elevator. I didn’t like that when I woke up in the morning my room smelt like rubbish as the rubbish shoots were overflowing. I also didn’t like that my window in the balcony didn’t open. I had an odd shaped room where our other family members balcony opened fully.
