Staff were super helpful and nice. Bed was great. Good location, walk to restaurants, cafes and queen street mall. Good sized room.
Sofa was uncomfortable and could have used a few scatter cushions. The room could have been serviced, we had to ask for extra towels but it wasn't an issue, we were just expecting the room to be serviced. Didn't like the bathtub shower - some pics of rooms had a walk in shower.

Location was perfect for an event at Riverstage
Room was relatively clean and bed was comfortable
The apartment was mostly clean, kitchen and bathroom floor tiles were not
Building and room are dated - some areas in the bathroom in need of repair / painting
Kettle had a layer of scale at the bottom so we couldn’t use it

The bed
Not being told the pool was closed which was the main reason I chose this hotel. This is the second negative incident I have had with oaks.
