Given the hotel is undergoing renovations, the room it’s self was very quiet and couldn’t hear any loud noises from the works being done
Parking is on a first come first serve (paid 30 bucks a night) basis so can be quite tricky

The room was great value. I really liked it and there was so much room.
I know progress is underway so didnt mind the work going on.

The proximity to everything we wanted to do, Gabba could walk there, city cat close by, walked to Howard’s wharf nice walks along the river to Storey Bridge Hotel
The Renovations but will be great when finished and can use the roof top bar. Room service choices disappointing, but thinking that may improve when bar open on roof top.

The rooms are lovely
We have been staying here for many years now and always felt at home. The staff have all been welcoming and caring.
Things have drastically changed. All new staff, this is definitely not the welcoming hotel that it was, I felt nowhere near as welcomed or comfortable. I fear things are changing to a more corporate environment
