Great location, easy to walk to the city cat terminal and travel on the river to South Bank etc.

In an otherwise immaculate bathroom it was a discordant note to find for the second time and in a different room that the cleaners need to scrub around the base of the handbasin taps.

Stylish, warm and comfortable

Hotel is beautiful, staff very friendly, suite very nice, and parking included. We loved this hotel and was one of our favourites where we stayed in five in different parts of Brisbane. Location superb, truly very peaceful within short walk of the city. The code entry rather than hotel cards a bit fiddly and makes an annoying beeping noise which hear from neighbouring room.

Fairly minor and do not outweigh an overall fantastic experience but mentioning them since at AUD305 per night, things should really be perfect. Whilst very different hotel, The Star Grand in Gold Coastprior to this had set a very high bar for room and the way everything was literally perfect. Beds were quite small and sheet and blanket just not the same as a lovely comfy duvet. Linked to this, the air con only seems to work very late at night, so when it came on it woke us up because it got so cold one night The TV in bedroom had no reception, and only one remote control seemingly to be used for both this and the TV in the other room. Stranger to have high tech PIN code for entry and then massive physical key for tiny safe door - which didn’t use for fear of losing the key.

Perfect location - friendly staff

The rooms are beneath a restaurant, my room was right by the stairs leading to restaurant / kitchen & across from the restaurant bathroom- lots of noise. For the price, the room was very small and not that clean
