Restaurant & Cafe provided food & beverages that were good and the location of hotel is good...
Staff were very pleasant towards me...
I felt insulted when asked to leave my keycard at the counter... especially when my room was paid in advance... and too, because I had already stayed in this hotel on occasions in the
past...
In all my travels I have never abused any hotels anywhere... so I felt like I was being treated unfairly - based on my racial identity - and not on the fact that I have a history of being a very considerate customer..
