Just everything was so clean, tidy, the decor and furniture etc was something I’ve never experienced at a hotel before and I’ve stayed at a lot! All just amazing… we were really blown away 😊

The Lex is stupendous, the rooms are well maintained and divine to stay in. Staff are exceptional, truly hospitable experience.
There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. I'd have to be insane to dislike it as lobotomized as that sounds.

The suite was a great layout and the river views were fantastic.
They told us checkin was at 3pm. We did not get access our room until 4.45pm and there was a crumpled up tissue, a champagne cork and empty water bottle on the carpet in the lounge area under the coffee table and the toilet seat was dirty... We paid for the pet package so our little dog could stay with us in the hotel room which they were going to charge us $180 for. I was told there would be a pet bed, water bowl, snacks and a dog menu for her - there was none of that and the staff were too busy to deal with it because it was Riverfire night. I understand the staff were busy so we did not worry too much because we brought what we needed. When I told the staff at checkout they waived the pet fee which was nice of them, thank you.
