I met the manager "lucey" ( totally hot) and told her she obviously takes great pride in her work as the place was spotless

The breakfast was amazing. One of the best we've had. There was a very large choice of both fresh and cooked food and many options for vegetarians and even a gluten free bar. I loved the fact that they had extra crockery for young children.
This has happened in the past (at other hotels) but when three people stay in a double room staff should add an extra glass/cup and spoon for the third person in the booking prior to check-in.

The staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The beds were comfortable.
The rooms needed a better clean. There was dirt and dust in very obvious places.
