The room is very spacious. Well furnished and good appliances. Second stay we were upgraded to a lovely 68th floor with views of city
The pillows are very very large and hard and king size hard beds

Location, size of room, the pool, the staff and the cleanliness
Bed could have been a bit softer and pillow a bit firmer

The floor we were on
Staff gave me the wrong key to get to carpark and blamed me for going to the wrong car park even tho I got told to go there. There was only 2 towels in apartment for 3 people which was annoying. And for the money I was expecting a proper shower not a shower in a bath.
