Great hotel, such a shame I had issues with the bath. Twice.

A beautiful and clean property with fantastic staff in a perfect location. The Lex Restaurant was world class and we loved our stay. The staff decorated our room for my partner’s birthday by surprise and it really set the tone for a flawless stay. Don’t get me wrong, this is not the cheapest hotel but you really pay for what you get here. I even asked for a last minute “Moreton Bay Bug Roll” and the hotel accommodated my request despite it being breakfast when we checked out; the staff really care about guest satisfaction and they all went above and beyond to leave a lasting impresssion. We would return to this hotel and we’ll consider the “W Brand” at their other locations because of our experience.

From Arrival to Departure everything and everyone was excellent. The room was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the W at Brisbane.

We had such a wonderful experience at W Brisbane. Everything was fantastic from the moment we arrived the service was warm and welcoming, the hotel was beautiful and stylish, and our room was comfortable, clean and had an amazing atmosphere.
The staff were friendly, professional and always happy to help, which made our stay feel extra special. The location was also perfect for exploring Brisbane.
We stayed here for our wedding anniversary, and it made our celebration even more memorable.
Thank you, W Brisbane, for making our anniversary stay so special.
