The location was perfect for what we had planned for our weekend. Everything we wanted was in walking distance and close to our venues. Thank you for the complementary bottle of bubbles for our anniversary.
I asked about an upgrade. Yes, you can have it for an additional $35.00. It's a bigger room, only two rooms on that floor and views are better. We paid for the upgrade but the room was the same size with a different layout. The views were other building and not the gardens we were told about. We only had one robe in our room and the TV was hard to use as far as channel availability.

I loved the comfortable bed, facilities such as the pool and gym.
The price displayed $40 when I booked but was then told $50 after I booked. This should be updated on all platforms.

Room was fine, bed was very comfortable, and bathroom was clean and accessible. very convenient location and easy to get around
the aircon was not great. even changing the temperature by half a degree it was either too hot too cold. the room i was in had zero daylight, which isn't great.

Location is great
Very dirty and tired rooms, stains on sheets, dust on top of all bathroom shelving and loo roll holder. Black in all grout. Freezing cold pool with air con pumping above mid winter- also (there is a very small sign on the door to the sauna and change rooms) but if you go inside there without your key, you are locked in and can’t get back out. The only access is to the men’s change rooms, which defeats the object of having separate areas for safety, also if there is an emergency and no one else is using the area- I had to bang on the door and shout to be let out. All the door handles to pool area are on backwards. Staff were lovely and location is great but absolutely not a 4 star hotel.
