Your hotel is providing different events as for adults so for children. PLEASE inform YOUR VISITORS in advance about all the programs, as we could not take advantage of the offer !!! Pity and angry ((((
The door between SAUNA and Waterpool (to landing) is always open. It's cold between the rooms and Your visitors are cold and may get cold.

Great hotel for families with kids. Good meals. The rooms are spacious, warm and comfy. The service was good.
Dinners are overpriced for what you get. You can get a better meal in town for less money. So not worth having a half-bord. The SPA section is not very relaxing. It is badly organized as if you want to go from the sauna to the pool you need to walk through the cold hall. It just does not feel like SPA.
In the main hall at the reception, there is a need for a sofa or a small table and armchair corner. If you leave the hotel in the wintertime and you want to put on your jacket or ski suit just before going out the door, you need to leave them on the floor as there is nothing to put them on.
Lastly, the tables in the bar area and by the kids' room are not being cleaned fast enough. I left my coffee cup and pint glasses after what we ordered at the bar there once and returned 4 hours later and they were still there.
