Only encountered the receptionist on arriving very polite and friendly. The cleaning staff met in the hallway very friendly and pleasant.
I believe reception should be open 7 days a week 9-5pm.
No view as I thought there would be, tiny window that blocked access to balcony. Looked as though the room space had been given over to room next door. So many do's & don'ts, 1 only shampoo and 1 body wash for 3 night stay I thought was paltry for a RESORT.. I always thought washing up is required but that all crockery etc would still be replaced at the end of a stay, guess things have changed a great deal.

Late check in with no reception but managed to checkin.
Room clean but view of carpark only.
No view but ok for 1 night stay, to link up with my sister.
Clean and comfortable.
