Had a very nice breakfast and big, spacious rooms!
Would have been great if the wellness centre wasn’t under renovation. Just poor timing on our part. Not many ways to get around if you didn’t have a vehicle.

Easy to reach the hotel, if you have some business around, like in Bologna etc, Huge parking lot, the rooms are really comfortable and surprisingly quiet.
Do not miss out the restaurant, the chef is a genius, meals are awesome, really worth to eat there every night during your stay.
For the restaurant you need patience, the waitress was super slow, 1 hour for the first drink (!) and a little more for the first meal - BUT i worth it, bacause the food is perfect.

The property is amazing and a special mention to the breakfast waiter, very nice, professional and careful. Plus, the best bed you could dream about!
Unfortunately the water smells a bit but it is in the entire area because of the local spring. to get there you need to cross an industrial area that is a little bit a pity
