The hotel is ideally located; the room (single) is simple but has everything necessary. The hotel shows signs of wear, but you don't go to Rome just to sit in the hotel. The bed linen and towels are clean, the ceilings are high, there is a nice view from the window, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The reviews here are worse than the reality. The staff is very nice, and free snacks and coffee are available near the reception all day long. The A/C is sufficiently powerful. Overall it's a good budget choice.

It was good location and price
Unfortunately the hot water wasn’t working the check-out date and didn’t have time to tell them, so we washed ourselves in lukewarm water

Location, could walk to the Vatican City in 20minutes
Not a hotel, just a room. Outside too loud to have window open, aircon so loud and not very effective. Asked for soap in soap dispenser just after arrival, bought soap as request ignored. Shower gel and shampoo also empty. Day 1, beds made, towels changed, water replenished. Day 2&3 nothing day 4 same as day 1.
