Good choice to stay in Ankara

I stayed in a very spacious room and I liked it a lot. I stayed only for one night but I was a great choice in terms of cost, facilities and location. There are many restaurants and shops around.

Superb

The location and the cleanliness of the room speciallt toilet and bath The kind and friendly staff specially in the reception and kitchen, they do their best to help despite their poor English language!

The old furniture, however it was not a critical point as long as the hotel overall is clean

Rude staff

The location.

I booked a non-smoking room and was given a smoking one. When I asked to change, the receptionist refused and took me for an idiot, pretending that the room I got was a non-smoking one. while the staints of cigarettes on the carpet clearly proved the contrary as well as the smell of cigarettes. Furthermore, there was a non-smoking sign on some of the rooms and not on mine. The room I had did not correspond to the pictures of the room I booked. There was dust all around the bed. The man who is supposed to carry the luggage was very rude and agressive - though with his job, he should not even have to interfer with the clients. First time I saw that. After complaining to booking.com, since the receptionist did not want to do anything, he only offered to put some spray in the room to cover the smoke smell, The cleaning lady was also asking too many questions as if we knew each other for ages. The second day I was moved to another room by the manager, who was very polite and helpful: thank you, Sir. However, this did not change my opinion about this hotel: I will never come again here: rude staff who could not care less about any allergy / aesthma issues you could have and who had no idea / could not care less about customer services.

Bad

I liked the location. it was close to everything.

The hotel was dirty and the housekeeping did not cooperate with us. It was uncomfortable in the hotel. When we tell the staff to clean something or we need something, they refuse to help. some of the people were disrespectful and the service was not good.

Good

Cost effective, nice staff. They brought everything I asked them for ( extra pillow, extra blanket, ice, water... etc) Location was great, everything is around and transportation was easy and affordable

The room was smaller than expected and only the reception staff spoke English No tissues provided, only toilet paper The bed was fine but not very comfortable Toothbrushes were very bad quality but I was able to buy good and cheap ones easily

Best hotel ever. I am proud of my choice

Staff excellent. I made many fabulous friends. Especially the person who provide meal.. (chief). Both duty Managers were awesome. Location was auspicious. I loveee it. Definitely want to stay here much longer and i would recommend you all too

Cigarette!

The location of the hotel is very good. Close to so many restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs!

There was a huge cigarette smoke in our room. We changed our room once but the other room had the same problem too. It's almost 2020! cigarette smoking is forbidden almost everywhere!!! Nobody wants to be a passive smoker!
