Exceptional

Amazing hospitality from Roberto. Really touched my heart with his kindness. Location is perfect, restaurants around are exquisite and perfect distance to main attractions. I definitely recommend this place for a great experience in Rome.

Very good

This hotel is very well-situated in central Rome, a short walk to major points of interest like the Roman Forum as well as to bus stops. My room was clean and well-equipped.

Disappointing and very dirty

Location is great and Tiziana was helpful booking transfers.

This was my 3rd stay here in 6 years, however this time will be my last. The room was filthy, dust covered the wallpaper like a blanket. It looked like the bed head was ripped from the wall and so much dust covered it that I had to use one of the towels to wipe it clean rather than breathe it in whilst sleeping. On closer inspection I noticed the blanket of dust on every wall (photographed). The wall socket collapsed into the wall when I tried to plug something in, I asked the receptionist for help and never heard more. I also asked for another pillow and it never arrived. There was mould in the shower and around the window in the bedroom as per photos. Such a shame as I always thought of it as a little gem. Tiziana was very helpful booking drivers. Hope they can give it a good clean and spruce up.

An elegant room, private and lovely, with a terrace that was worth the price of the room on it's own

My room was spacious and clean and had a small terrace that overlooked one of the most beautiful parts of the city.

Wifi was not working so well in that part of the building

So many problems with room 24

The room was extremely bright at night time so I couldn't get much sleep, no WiFi in the room, the safe wouldn't open when I was leaving. A panel on the door was loose and you could just push it in from the outside of the room to break-in to the room. Mould and paint pealing in the bathroom.

Very disappointed, no management.

Location.

Smallest room I have ever seen. Shower was extremely small, but the shower head was broken we had a 3 night stay with no shower head working disgraceful. We ask politely for it to be fixed still nothing 4 times we asked and still not fixed.. Really made or trip to Rome disappointing. Aircon was also very bad in the room..

Light switch was almost inoperable in bathroom and room smelled like sewage. Under bed very dusty and dirty

The room was extremely dirty, we ended up having to clean the room ourselves with a broom I found in the hallway, it was damp and smelt like mold. It was extremely expensive for what it was, we complained to booking.com and managed to get £20 voucher but still not really good enough, I’m also pretty sure the bed had bed bugs. I never complain but I’d never stay here again if someone paid me.

Fine location for a turist tour and easy to access with a door code

The shower was very nice and the extra bed was a real bed and not only a sofa... very nice

A small smell of sewer... and the aircon was really low and could not be adjusted.

This was our third time staying here and probably the last. The location is a 10 out of 10 though.

The location was the best! Very convenient!

Smelled like sewer. Air conditioning leaked. Water ran down the wall where lots of electrical outlets were. Even after they said the air conditioner was repaired this continues to occur. Very dangerous!

Excellent location but unfortunately below par for the high cost

Location was excellent. If you want to stay in Trastevere it was the perfect location. Roberto was extremely warm and friendly.

The wifi didn’t reach my room so I had no access to internet. When I first arrived the room wasn’t as clean as you would expect for the cost. The walls are extremely thin so any conversations at reception, doors opening and closing, toilets flushing, babies crying, etc. woke me up or kept me up.
