Very Nice Hotel

The hotel is nice and clean, and the reception welcomes the guests with free coffee, water, and snacks, very kind and makes the guests feel really special. The room is normal size, and the bathroom also, the bed are very comfortable. Not within walking distance of the old city, but we were traveling by car so no issue. Very nice small bars and coffee shops exactly opposite, with very good menus and low prices

We were over for a wedding in Zamora and the hotel was perfect for our stay.

Breakfast was good. There could have been a bigger selection of fruit. The staff were extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was just a nice distance from the city centre.

Maybe a better selection of breads, pastries and fruit for breakfast. It would have been nice to have had a cafe or bar in the hotel.

The cleanliness, amenities, air conditioning and speaking tub.

I wasn't comfortable with the bathroom's glass door. There was a gap between the edge of the door and the door frame. If did not provide complete privacy and made me feel uncomfortable using the restroom.

Short walk from railway station and map provided by helpful reception staff who pointed out best route, distances and things to see in town. Room was great especially bathroom size. Excellent breakfast too!

It was a good room and the car park was a real bonus.

A nice stay but a few issues already mentioned.

good position, good car parking, good breakfast. Modern bathroom.

no safeguards on windows, children could easily fall out from a height of looking out standing on a chair. very dangerous. No trolleys for luggage.

What's not to like!

All the staff were very helpful on arrival. Car parking below hotel reserved as requested and easily accessible after check-in. Our room was a good size and had complementary water as well as tea and coffee available in the room. Plenty of really hot water in high pressure shower/bath. Very nice coffee available for breakfast in little cafe directly opposite.

Nice room no amenities

Nice choice of breakfast and very pleasant surroundings. The hotel was only a short walk away from the old city.

Almost no staff. No bar and no restaurant. It wasn’t possible to just relax in the hotel, it was always necessary to go out to a bar or a restaurant.
