Have stayed in The Broncemar before and we had been trying to book it so was delighted to spend Mothers weekend in the B

Wonderful

Las instalaciones y el personal.

Las habitaciones adaptadas a personas con movilidad reducida le faltaban unas barandillas en el baño, así como una silla para poder ducharse dentro de la ducha, de resto ha estado muy bien todo. La almohada muy fina.

Beautiful but to big for us ..

Very modern clean and location was perfect ..staff very nice .they work very hard always cleaning around .room was lovely plenty of space..

Even thought the food was tasty it was cold most of the time we went for something to eat ....the queue was always long at the bar... beer was a poor quality. A beer tap for self use would be a good idea and keep the queue from being to long.

Great value for money, good entertainment, nice staff, would definitely stay again.

Great choice of food however I would appreciate more regional cuisine. Good size pools and mini water park for kids. Plenty of entertainment.

Poor quality alcohol! Needed more comfy seating and bigger stage. Would benefit from a gym.

This was our third time staying here and wewouldn't hesitate to recommend it

Bar and restaurant staff were excellent and very friendly. Overall the property was kept very clean. Food choices, although a bit limited, were good most days

Fabulous Location, Family Friendly and modern

Such a perfect location! walking distance to the beach, shops and lots of restaurants around! The apartments are modern and very well kept! Huge pools and plenty of seating. They host games and activities throughout the day. We had an apartment on ground floor and next door was our family (requested rooms together when booking) and we had a shared open patio so could all sit together with kids going in and out of our rooms it was ideal. I’d definitely stay here again

if you’re not all inclusive there then the breakfast, lunch & dinner is dear for what it is. We went outside every day except one for meals. The WiFi is a bit hit and miss

Absolutely amazing

For all inclusive it was value for money perfect location and everything about the place was amazing . I would even recommend to family and friends use booking. Com and Ryanair to travel . Booking.com for the flights pay on arrival and flights with Ryanair

worth the money and time staying here

rooms where nice and bright with night private terrace that’s in the sun all day shower was great even thought water went less warm still more enjoyable than other hotels in Caleta the breakfast was decent compared to most other hotels in Caleta chef made lovely omelettes really nice juices and pastries the pool was lovely and easy to get a sun bed

people can just walk in to the hotel who are not guests as I noticed the sliding doors to the apartments don’t lock properly so a non guest could get in a rob the apartments that have the terraces with sun loungers and can be easily accessible by other guest from the opposite apartment there was a small gate left open to the complex any one could just walk in and try these sliding doors and windows this is a risk to guest which I hope can be sorted for the sake of the guests and the reputation of a very nice hotel

Newly decorated to a high standard & excellent location

Value for money, excellent location & friendly professional staff

Beds were hard , maybe better in higher costing rooms. We were only a short stay though.

Breakfast as I have mentioned before needs another member of staff to work on queues as well as preparing for ‘extras’. Too too slow the whole process. We love the hotel and food quality is good but breakfast needs confronting.

lovely stay and a great holiday apart from the cockroaches.

peaceful at night, stunning scenery, great to sunbathe.

we had cockroaches every night in our apartment which was the worst thing about the place.

There needs to be two chefs serving at breakfast as the queue has always been too long one serving the customer the other making the morning sandwiches then assisting the other making omelettes and serving fried eggs.

Dissapointing for a 4*

bright and spacious apartment with a big outside terrace. Pool area clean.

Disappointing for a 4* recently renovated property compared to other 4* properties. No mattress protector on the beds, just the bottom sheet. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows and no spare pillow or blanket as usually stored in the wardrobe. No freezer part in the fridge. No washing line to dry clothes or towels. Although some people did have them and others didn’t. Not good value for money.

Wouldn't stay here again ...very over priced for what you get ...constant smell of sewage every day in apartment..drains outside getting blocked every day ..having a shower was like having a padding pool ..Wouldn't recommend hotel staff at desk was very unhelpful

Nice room, overpriced, unhappy short tempered staff

it was clean, good choice of food for breakfast (I was bed and breakfast), superior room had a lovely terrace and it’s good not being attached to another room as I hate noisy neighbours. Lots of plugs - great. English TV

one member of staff on reception (didn’t get her name but she had a heart tattoo on her neck in the middle) was just rude! She had no customer service skills at all, I felt like I was an inconvenience and considering the cost of my stay I expected better. Some of the other reception staff need a course in customer service too, but mostly they were ok but not too friendly. Considering cost of the room I was shocked the fridge didn’t have a freezer part to it! The shower leaked out all over the bathroom floor. The cost of food in the on-site supermarket is absolutely ridiculous! Far too high and ripping people off! When leaving luggage (in the luggage room) there is no security checks done whatsoever so anyone could get the key and steal someone else’s bags if they wanted to. I had quite a bit of luggage and was travelling alone, the route to the room wasn’t easy and no help offered at all. General customer service was lacking from all staff - need to up your game or people will go elsewhere as it’s not cheap to stay.
