The hotel offers a range of facilities and services, including multiple pools as well as a wellness and fitness center. The wellness center and pools, in particular, was excellent and a highlight of our stay. The rooms and overall hotel areas were relatively clean and maintained to an acceptable standard.
The rooms, including the bathroom and furnishings, are noticeably dated and could benefit from refurbishment. The quality of the food at both breakfast and dinner was below expectations, with limited flavour and quality. We had booked half board, but drinks were not included and had to be paid for separately.
The evening entertainment was quite loud, which made it difficult to relax. Additionally, the hotel’s atmosphere caters largely to an older demographic.
Overall we had the feeling that the overall stay was not good value for money.
