The proximity to the centre of the city.
It looked somewhat old but still was comfortable.

Overall, the hotel's location is very good. The hotel itself is clean, as are the rooms. Although the furniture is a bit dated, everything is neat. The staff is friendly.
Don't order breakfast, it's terrible. It's definitely better to eat somewhere else. The milk and orange juice were spoiled, the omelet was of questionable quality. The cereal in the flasks had already dried out. In short, I don't recommend it.

Great central venue. Lovely restaurant with good beer & food. Very friendly & helpful staff
The pillow was very thin, so an upgrade on these would be nice
