Bed are very comfortable. Located in center . Had a coffee machine. They allowed storage after check out time.
The fact that it is located on a court yard and there is no direct entrance you have to pass by coffee.

Our family stayed overnight in two rooms on the ground floor. Both were very spacious and quiet. Beds were king size and very comfortable. The apartment was clean, even if the dark colours of the decoration make it look less so. Amazingly good wi-fi, probably the best in our trip. But, we only found the fridge on our departure; it was masquerading as a cupboard!
We did not meet the host, but the instructions for the self check-in were clear.
Although we chose to stay overnight in Brno as a stop in a long journey, the city certainly worths more than a stroll in the evening. I hope we will be able to return.
It seems some kind of pre-arrangement is necessary at the underground parking to get a discounted price. We didn't mind as we only spend one night, but if you stay longer, ask the desk at the parking entrance. I wished we could unload the baggage at the hotel and then go to the parking, but the area is only open to cars with special permits. No big deal, it is just 350m walk.

Great location
Cold and badly smelling bathroom, NO PARKING and NO BREAKFAST on site contrary to what you read in the description on booking.com.
