We only stayed one night but can honestly say this hotel was perfect for what we needed! The staff arranged our airport transport and even though we didn’t arrive until midnight someone greeted us! The room was spacious and extremely clean! They even opened there shop late at night so that we could buy refreshments! Wonderful reception staff. We will definitely use this hotel again!

We used the hotel as a base for travelling around the west and it was in an ideal spot for that. The view from our room was lovely and the spa bath in the middle of the room was a real bonus. Bus stops very close by if you want to go into Chania or to go west. The air conditioning was very good, sometimes you can get a dry throat from air conditioning but not in this hotel. We have stayed here before and enjoyed it.
Our room was next to the main road and the noise from traffic was pretty bad in the early hours of the morning. One guy on a motorbike seemed to take great delight on revving his engine around 2am each morning.

An amazing stay, the rooms are really comfy and were kept spotless each day. The pool area is great along with the restaurant and store on the premises ! It is in a perfect location, a short trip away from Chania old town and Agia Marina/Platanias. All of the staff were super attentive and friendly, Anna, Andreas and Maria, along with very one else were brilliant and work extremely hard to keep everyone happy at all times. Would definitely recommend!

It was a spacious room with kitchenette and nice staff. We always found parking just right in front of the building (April) and it was right next to the sea (across the street)
The room was half basement including the terrace, it didn’t have much for self cooking like cutting board or knife and anything to wash the dishes, you have to buy everything in the small market next to the hotel. We were staying for 5 nights and had backpain from the matresses
