Location and gardens
Stairs mats and entrance doors were dirty and not cleaned in the 5 days we were there.
Reception was rarely manned, and it took nearly 15 mins for staff to locate receptionist when we tried to check in at allocated hour of 16.00.

Location of the hotel is amazing, close to the hiking trails and central to the town.
We liked the room temperature, we visited during summer and even without A/C the room was comfortable.
Balcony views are amazing as well and breakfast was nice though very classic.
The elevator was half broken, meaning it works but you don't know if the doors will open. We had to go up and down a few times to ensure the doors open.
The pathway to the hotel is not friendly for the luggage on the wheels as it is stoney making it a bit hard to move heavy luggage.

the central location of the hotel is very nice, parking space across the road. The staff was freindly and helpful. The bed in the room was comfortable and the view out of the window was outstanding. The breakfast was ok but don't come to late.
The Room itself seen already better days, cracks in the wall and paint peeling of.
There was no termostat in the room (or at least I didn't find it) and it was way to hot for me and my daughter.
When you arrive a bit later for breakfast most stuff is gone, there was not much bread and other stuff left.
The biggest issue that I had was that there was a german shaperd dog walking freely around which freaked out my daughter (she is afraid of dogs).
