Big hotel but very well designed with great interiors. Great location on the beach and also a great pool. Food quality very good also.
The breakfast experience in the main restaurant was really awful. Massive queues every morning of 20 minutes to half an hour and then when you did eventually get in the noise and mass of people was unbearable. Like being in a busy motorway service station. It really spoiled an otherwise excellent hotel.

Dinner buffet was excellent. Not too many people, big variety of Chinese and international dishes, every day different.
Cleaning of the room was good.
Zero service for this price. Disaster. This is not a 5 star experience of Marriott chain( I can compare with Marriott in Da nang( Vietnam) 1000 times better and cheaper!)
Breakfast is very overcrowded. Food is good but don’t expect fresh juices or normal water or tea! Plastic cups, dishes these are not 5 stars standards. Dirty carts( full of dishes ) literally close to your table(disgusting). Coffee machines for a coffee in a 5 stair chain- ridiculous!
Zero control from the hotel of random people coming from Pullman hotel and occupying sun beds of Marriott hotel! As well very annoying vendors on the beach ( literally coming and standing close to you and asking you to buy ice cream or fruits 20 times per day) and what’s more all these strangers are using the facilities of the hotel. Unbelievable. Toilet near by the beach is a nightmare! Smelly, dirty and everyone is using it, including all these strangers from the beach. You can’t leave any of your belongings unattended! They stole my person towel even. It’s a joke! This is 3 stars standards but definitely not a 5 stars! I don’t recommend this place at all!
