It’s tranquil and peaceful with simple but chic interior design. Spacious rooms with bathtubs. Beautiful view over the pool and beach, very good breakfast - great variety and very delicious.
Beach bar and pool bar were not working. Average dinner.

Beach access, neighbourhood is much more quiet and sophisticated than other parts of Sanya, relatively close to downtown area
Outdated, gym machines very poorly maintained and dangerous to use (treadmill), mediocre breakfast.
At a 5* hotel you don’t expect staff discussing with you about your request for a dry sunbed mattress.
Also: When we found our lost iPhone hidden in a pile of sunbed pillows the staff reacted more than questionable.
A pity considering the great location and the overall potential of this place.
