The location and settings were amazing only shortfall as loads of rocks to get to the beach near the pools . Nicky and Chloe were amazing at the sunset bar. Evening entertainment needs to run longer
The rocks at the beach and some of the rooms need updating , floorboard in our room was wobbly

Our family of 8 (including 2 grandparents and 4 kids) stayed at MO Sanya during the summer. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in genuine warmth and hospitality!
The entire team at the resort is simply amazing. Every staff member we encountered, from the buggy service team to the restaurant managers, was courteous, smiling, and went out of their way to make our children feel special. It is an incredibly child-friendly place, and the little touches for kids made all the difference.
A huge highlight for us was the food! We absolutely loved the restaurants. The quality and variety of the food were amazing, and our kids, who can be picky eaters, adored every meal. It’s a real testament to the chefs that they managed to delight both the adults and the children so thoroughly.
Our children loved the beautiful pool and slides that come with it. Appreciate the lifeguards looking out for them constantly as well!
We definitely would love to recommend the resort for families seeking a relaxing vacay vibe experience that is as welcoming to children as it is to adults!
The check-in process was a little slow, but we completely understand that it was peak summer vacation time, and the resort was bustling. The facilities can use a bit upgrade as they are all a bit aged.

The food was exceptional, the breakfast every morning was delicious and had many options including lobster wonton which was very refreshing. Staff was nice and I could call a call inside the hotel to travel everywhere. Hotel lobby is beautiful and the view is great. Highly recommend.
The sand on this beach is grainy, more like rocks than coral. If you prefer, you should go to the Dadong beach instead for a nicer beach day.

The environment is good, water very clear, and the restaurants are really nice
The room service is really slow. For everything we need, we had to call them twice to get it delivered. The first call always got ignored. Also, I wrote to them about our anniversary and they agreed to provide some arrangement, but nothing was delivered in the end. Very disappointed with the service quality for a renowned brand.
