The hotel was well cleaned and the room was lovely. The view from the balcony was very nice and the hotel was well maintained. Room service was very tasty as well! The pool was a very good size and generally quiet.
We were disappointed that the hotel did not have a spa facility despite that being in the name of the hotel and advertised on the website that we booked through. When we questioned the hotel staff, they didn’t seem to care that it was falsely advertised and said it closed a year ago, despite there still being signs around the hotel and advertising as a spa hotel. We also found communicating with staff very difficult due to a language barrier, although the staff did try their best. We felt breakfast could have catered more for the Western guests as well. The beach is a short taxi away but it is difficult to get there as no taxi is interested in taking you a short distance. The beach opposite the hotel is not a beach at all so this is the only option possible.

The hotel is very beautiful! I love its garden and quietness. The rooms and beds are very comfortable. And the staff are amazing👍. They treated me so nicely and helped me whenever I needed help. I felt as part of the family in this hotel. I highly recommend it!

the environment is fine
Seems like this hotel isn’t well prepared for booking customers, we went there with booking discount but they didn’t know how to find this order and charged us more fee.
