Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem großen, schönen Strand und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr weitläufig und schön mit vielen Palmen und Wiesen. Besonders gefallen haben uns die Sitzsäcke am Strand und die schönen Pools. Die Poolbar ist auch super praktisch, da man dort direkt im Pool Getränke und Essen bestellen kann.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders Sarah, die uns sehr geholfen hat. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb der Stadt, ist dafür aber perfekt zum Entspannen, Schwimmen und für einen ruhigen Strandurlaub.
Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

The hotel is very family-friendly, with excellent play facilities for children and a convenient location close to the beach. The buffet breakfast offers a wide and satisfying selection, and the staff are consistently helpful.
The overall facilities feel somewhat dated.

Инфраструктура отеля, есть собственный пляж, наличие бассейнов, организован завтрак. Очень качественное обслуживание номеров. Есть свой зоопарк, для детей небольшие аттракционы, очень хороший диапазон номеров от премиум до стандарта. Хорошо работает WiFi .

Nice maintained property
General poorly trained staff. All make an effort to be of good service but very junior. Would focus on better training and mix with more senior staff.
