The room is big, the staff were super friendly. Especially our butler Miss Luna, she is super kind and professional. The central pool was heated.
The gym is a bit small and the breakfast was so so.

A nice aspect on the ocean front and gardens.
For a western brand of hotel, very poor level of English spoken by most of the staff.
Swimming pool seating was limited and main pool, secondary pool (mainly for kids) was closed, so very busy with children.
Variety of restaurants pretty lacking for a resort and quality of food, ok but nothing special.
